What Is The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Angeoplasty ?
Hello Doctors, need your direction. Hi My father (67 Years) is a heart Patient, Below are the snapshot of his past Health/Treatment: 1996 - Cardiac Arrest 2005 - Angeography - Diagnosed 70% blockages in all 3 arteries. (Suggested for ByPass). but NO surgery or treatment taken. (Only Medicine) JAN - 2011 - Some Minor problem in last month. MAR - 2011 - Angeography done again, This time 1 artery blockage is 45% around and other 2 arteries More than 90% each. Few doctors suggested Angeoplasty in two arteries having +90% blockage. Few other doctors suggested to go for ByPass. Now we are confused which is a better option, Based on above conditions what is the rational, Advantages or Disadvantages of these two treatments here. Thanks and Appreciate your help.
