Hello Sir.. My T3 & T4 in normal but TSH is 7.54.. After 3 days again I have done the report & it has come 10.75
I have gain 3kg weight in 3.5 months time. Doctor has advised me to take Thyronom 25 once a day in the morning.

Hello,

Thank you for asking on HCM!

From the laboratory exams that you reported, results that your diagnosis is subclinical hypothyroidism.

In these cases when the TSH is between 4.2-10 mUI/ml, starting the treatment depends on your age (which you didn't mention), the presence of symptoms of hypothyroidism (weight gain, constipation, dry skin, hair loss, irregular cycle ect.,) and the fact that you are planning to have a baby or not.

If the latest result is 10.75 and you do have symptoms I would also recommend to start the treatment with Thyronorm. There isn't any other alternative to control TSH.

Hope the information is helpful.

Kind regards,
