What Is The Alternative Medicine For Windamet?

Sir, My mother has blood sugar and has been using Windamet for some time , last 3 yrs. But Windamet production in Indian and international market has been stopped. Windamet is a composition of Metformin - 500mg + Rositilazone - 4mg. Please let me know what medicine she should take ?
