What Is The Anal Bleeding And Excess Gas After A Loop Diathermy?

Hello very worried had a loop diathermy on the 1st of july advised not to have sex for 6 weeks but did!! ( I know ) and have had belly aches for maybe a week or so, and tonight I have brown like colour when I wipe with bits in it, and very bloated have lot of wind too!! And have had some lower back pains too achy, Im 23 I had a private smear my results were high grade moderate dyskaryosis. Please help

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being 23 and have private smear showing high grade moderate dyskaryosis and hence went for loop diathermy and was advised not to have sex for 6 weeks.
But you did and have now pain in lower abdomen, bloating, brown discharge and so on as mentioned.
I would advise you the following:
Consult immediately the Gynecologist first to have local examination so that the local problem like edema, infection, local tenderness can be found out, Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and by trans-vaginal route can help for further diagnosis.
Proper antibiotic cover and further management as per the findings can help you get a cure. Complete the treatment till cure.
