What Is The Average Height For A Boy?

Hey im a boy 18 years old now( 1 week ago) im 174 cm height and my father is 180 mother 166 how much height will i grow? Im doing sport 3 days a week( body building boxing and football) and stretching spine once a week, getting l arginine and orinthinine before sleep every night . also eating yoghurt ,cheese milk etc calcium, eating 3x eggs everyday. getting meet. fish 2 times a week. how much would i grow please help? 174 is so short im always feeling depressed. I will go to check my bones with XRAY with a doctor next week but i want to know what you think first, thanks!

Hello,

In my opinion, 18 yrs is the upper limit of age when you can gain height. So, in my opinion, your vertical growth may not increase now. However, X-rays of the knee will be more definitive.
