Hi, i just recieved my urine sample i would like some help in interpretating the findings WBC Nil epithelial cells ++ and culture yielded E.coli 10 x10^6/L. Could you help me please. Thank you

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
What is your age and gender? What exactly are your Symptoms? You have got a Urine Culture and Sensitivity Test report which suggests Infection in your Urine by a organism called E.Coli. Kindly get yourself examined by a Urologist as you will need antibiotics which could act against this Bacteria, to be taken for 5 to 14 days. Drink Plenty of water.
