What Is The Best Medicine For Lower Back Stiffness?

i had one (1) SI Injection for lower back stiffness and pain 6 days ago. it is one of series of three. the next one is to be injected on August 20th. my question is about the drug piroxicam, i was taken it up to four days before the injection then i had to stop for the injection. my i now resume the medication until four days before the next injection.

If required intra-articular injection can be given.

Diet rich in calcium and protein will help.
