What Is The Best Treatment For Post Concussion Syndrome?

i was in a car accident in december and in january was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome. i am so weak and can barely get around. my head feels aweful with ringing and like a halo vibration sounds. i can barely get out of bed and get around. My bp is also on the rise since then and had to be put on bp meds. I am going out of my mind and feel sick everyday.
