3 days ago i was diagnosed with a UTI, today i am still in alot of pain in my lower back on the right side, and lower abdomen on the right side. I have no burning when urinating, i am going more frequently, i have a fever off and on, and nausea off and on.
I think it would be advisable to do a urine analysis and uroculture to check for infection and bacteria which is causing it. You may need to take antibiotics which come out of uroculture.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

What Is The Best Treatment For UTI?
Hello, I think it would be advisable to do a urine analysis and uroculture to check for infection and bacteria which is causing it. You may need to take antibiotics which come out of uroculture. Also, I would have treated you empirically with Ciprofloxacin or Levofloxacin for 7 days. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
