Hello doctor.. m very much tired of suffering from under weight..m 21 n my height is 5.9 n weight is just 50..so please suggest me a best product to weight gain without any side effects..and how long I have to use them to gain a proper weight..n how I have to use them??...please give me a quick reply.....thank you...

I have gone through your query. Products for sudden gaining weight has lot of side effects. Anabolic steroids help in easy gaining of weight. There are so many products in market but most of them have anabolic steroids or appetite stimulants. It is better to acquire weight naturally. You should rule out malabsorption syndromes by doing stool routine test and do deworming by drugs like albendazole atleast yearly once. You can also do gym exercises which will help in weight gaining also . But you should do it under a proper trainer and should do regularly and take proteinaceous diet. You can include eggs, milk products, meat and nuts in your diet. Ayurvedic products like ayurwin nutrigain also is helpful. But side effects will be there on long term intake. Hope this may help you.
