What Is The Best Treatment For Supraspinatus Tendinosis?

i am suffering from tendonitis of supraspinatus tendon i started with prednisolone 10 mg and then tappered it offin 6 months i am still in pain and now using ansaid from the last 7 days but still have no relieve from the pain what next treatment should i go for

Hi,

Go for physiotherapy, tab. aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase three times a day for 7 days if not relieved then have USG of that shoulder and send me the report.
