What Is The Best Treatment To Reduce Weight?

I m a 41 year old mother of 3 sons. I ve struggled with my weight after my hysterectomy. My current weight 268 lds. Is there a age limit on weight loss surgery? I have a 16 year old sons who s struggled with his weight all of his life his weight 278 lds. I m afraid that being obese will kill my son at and early age. We both need help. My son has medicaid but I don t have any insurance. Please help us. To become healthier!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about your struggles with weight gain. Can I also have an idea of what your heights are? It is true that excess weight has far reaching consequences on health and tackling this would improve health. Reduced calories intake through a controlled diet and regular exercise would help. But seen your weights, talk to a weight management specialist on this. Surgery would be considered if non surgical methods fail or you have complications related to your weight.
