Hello,
Welcome to the magical world of health care,
I went through your query, and SI joint is mainly involved by either Ankylosing spondylitis or infection mainly slow like tubercular. you will need an X Ray, and MRI scan and blood investigations to rule out such reasons.
I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back.
Thanks.
