What Is The Brown Pus Like Discharge From My Palm After Injecting Heroin?

So i inject herion. about 2 weeks ago i injected under the tough skin of my palm and missed. I cut it open and a brown puss substance starting popping out in chunks. Now a black stringing like substance is showing and i can pull it out with my fingers. was hoping this wasnt a vein. any thoughts?

Heroin abusers generally are the patients who hate needles the most simply because they are the people who've seen the most complications from injections. Infection, bleeding/bruising are complications from injections in general. They can be quite severe.
