What Is The Cause And Remedy For Nausea And Back Pain ?
I went to the ER for right arm, upper right back and right flank pain and was nauseated, they did an EKG, head CT and labs, I was sent home after a few hours with RX for phenergan suppositories, the pain and nausea persist, no relief with Tramadol, Ibuprophen, Tylenol, nor lortab, I feel like this is neuropathic pain

I really appreciate your concern, what the investigations done you have not mentioned anything about the results, if anything was positive then you would have been explained accordingly and it may not be the neurologic pain but more or less it could be fibromyalgia condition, try to come out the stress hope this information helps.
