What Is The Cause And Treatment For Acid Re-flux And Ulcers?

Hi, I'm 23 years old, 5'5" and am athletic. I have a history of acid reflux and used to get ulcers when I was younger. For the past 1.5 weeks I've been experiencing excessive saliva, nighttime nausea and occasional upper stomach pain if I don't sit upright. My diet hasn't really changed, I naturally eat a lot throughout the day because my metabolism is very fast and I don't eat too unhealthy (occasional fast food indulgence). I usually go to sleep about 3hrs after I eat. What could be the causes? Thanks!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be chronic case of acid reflex disease in other word it is the hyperacidity if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and the dose need to be taken at evening time, try to avoid spicy and oily food, smoking, alcohol, coffee prior to bed, try to stat away from the stress try some exercise hope this information helps.
