Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Urine frequency of 18 to 20 times in 24 hrs is slightly higher for his age.

First check his water and fluid intake in a day. If its winter season and with more water intake, the frequency of urination is likely to be more.

In case if it has been a persistent issue, please have a word with your Pediatrician as a detailed examination should be done and lab tests ordered accordingly.

Hope my answer helps.
Wish your son good health.
