What Is The Cause And Treatment For Urine Drops And Weakness In Body?

Hi Sir I am a man age 28 yrs. I am facing problem urine drops mostly from last 4 months and sometime Drops of Money. I need your help to solve these major problems. Day by day I am feeling weakness and My Body Parts like Hands feets are sleep( I feel).

You are complaining of dribbling of urine so it could be urinary incontinence ...

Is there urgency for urination. ???
Pain while urination ???
Spinal trauma history ???prostate history ??
Etc.....
These above history needed to reach up to diagnosis ..

I would like you to investigate with ....
1.Urine routine and microscopic examination
2.Urine protein estimation
3.Prostate palpation per rectum and PSA
4.Urodynamic investigation
5.USG with post voidal residual urine

These investigation will helpful in identifying cystitis , UTI infections , BPH , stenosis etc..

If needed cystoscopy and cystometry like investigation done ...

Depend on cause treatment guided ....

For prostate ex..tamsulosin needed ..

If you not at all urinating and only urination by drop by drop than urethral stenosis has to be ruled out by Uethroscopy ....

Advise : urosurgeon consultation...
