What Is The Cause For A Brown Discharge After A Transabdominal Cerclage Placed Pre Pregnancy?
I had a transabdominal cerclage placed pre pregnancy. I am now about 7 weeks pregnant and just this past Tuesday I noticed a brown discharge when I wipe. It is not 4 days later and I still have the discharge. Sometimes its a faint red, but then it always turns brown. Is this normal?

Bleeding during early pregnancy may be common but definitely not normal. Its important that the viability of the pregnancy be confirmed. Do an ultrasound if there is continued bleeding.
