My son was at a place that has trampolines with a YMCA group and he said when he jumped and was in mid-air, he heard and felt a large crack between up about between his shoulder blades. He could not jump anymore and it s been several hours and still hurts. What could cause that. He s only 11.

Hello, I had gone through the case and found that it might be nerve dislocation or any cervical or thoracic spine disc degeneration.

So before going to take treatment go for x- ray or ct of spine. After getting the proper diagnosis take treatment.

Meanwhile take vitamin D3 once a week and avoid jumping.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
