What Is The Cause For A Tingly Tongue When On Cloidine?

My 7 year old daughter started clonidine 0.1mgs yesterday. She takes half at 9am and the other half at 3pm. She also takes 25mgs of seroquel at 7am and 50 at 6pm. She suddenly started to complain that the tip of her tongue feels like when her foot falls asleep, all tingly. Could this be a result of the clonidine and if so should it be stopped? She is being treated for oppositional defiance disorder with the clonidine?
