What Is The Cause For Chocked Feeling In The Throat?

Whenever I am bending my neck forward I'm getting a chocked feeling in the throat, heaviness of the left side of the neck, left ear ache and frontal headache. No vomiting, no fever, no associated other symptoms. No history of trauma.

What can it be? What investigations should be done?

You are suffering from acute sinusitis zleft side with pharyngitis.Diagnosis by xray paranasal sinus. Treatment antibiotics,antihistamine,xylometazoline drops steam inhalationbetadi e gargle
