What Is The Cause For Dark And Gritty Stools With Nausea And Cramping?
I have been having some stomach issues for a while. Have been to the er many times only to be told they could find nothing. Every morning i wake up bloated, stomach cramping, nausea, gassy, and sometimes diareah.. my stools have been dark and gritty. . Today i checked and it looked like when i had a bowl movement it was nothing but oil in the toilet. Not orange. . Yellow oil, it looks like was all was coming out

Abdominal bloating, increased gas and diarrhea are all symptoms of malabsorption. One important cause of fat malabsorption is chronic pancreatitis. A CT scan may be done to look for it.
