What Is The Cause For Gurgling Sound In The Stomach?
Hi when i push on my abdomen either under my right rib or in the middle, my stomach makes this weird gurgling/ almost fart like noise but from the inside of my stomach, and sometimes i can just feel a click and i dont hear the sound at all, what can this be?
