What Is The Cause For Irritation After Urinating?

sir my urine pus cell is 6.0
what will be its side effects.if it is a uniary tract infection.

i feel that from the last 10 years whenever i go for urine at early morning. After few minutes one or two drops of liquid remains and dirty my clothes. plus i feel irritation.

Yes, the pus cell noted indicate infection and so also irritation and early morning tiny discharge post urination involving the urinary passage- urethra.
Since it it is for last 10 years and continual, the infection might have narrowed the passage to cause obstructive lesions while persisting.They all in turn could even affect kidneys function .Please make it point to see an urology team for work up and relief.
