What Is The Cause For Lower Abdominal Pain And Back Pain With Painful Spasms?

I have lower abdominal pain and back pain .....I am also getting bloating and painful spasms in my lower abdominal the back pain is radiating from my back to the front . I am not experiencing burning but frequent urination and difficulty passing a stool
