What Is The Cause For Numbness And Loss Of Peripheral Sensation?

Hi, I suddenly lost sensation on outer right side of body (peripheral) doctor advised me for an MRI which reveal ischeamic hyperintensities (T2 & FLAIR) in the fronto - parietal lobe could this be the cause of numbness and loss of peripheral sensation ?

Hi,

Yes. That MRI report mentioned the exact cause of your numbness and loss of peripheral sensations. You will get slow recovery in that over the period of months by doing proper physiotherapy. Keep regular followup with your neurologist.
