Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
The symptom of numbness, may be due to the cervical spondylosis.Hypothyroidism may not be related to the numbness, calcium you can use for supplementing the deficiency of calcium.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the numbness is under the control.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the numbness is completely controlled.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
