Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Cheek swelling can be the result of a variety of different issues. It can be a symptom of an underlying dental issue that is causing inflammation in the mouth, Allergic reactions, infections, as well as inflammation of the lymph nodes located in and around the cheeks. A cheek may swell if it is damaged by some type of blunt force trauma. Growths such as tumours or cysts can also cause cheek swelling.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
