What Is The Cause For Random White Spots On The Body?

My 3.5 yr old son has two random white spots on his body. One is near the pelvis on his upper right thigh, which has been there since he was a baby though not since his birth. It's an irregular shape no more than half an inch across, definitely hypopigmented. The other one I just found on his chest, about the size of a small pea. He is a bir on the ADD side--any cause for concern of Tuberous Sclerosis? Plus, what does a seizure look like in a baby, can it take more than one form?

I really appreciate your concern as long as the hypopigmented patch is concern this need to be watched for the increasing in size and more white color and for the seizure this need to be properly observed to confirm the actual seizure for the condition child need to be seen clinically in pediatric age group never ever take it as granted, and in my opinion you better watch for both the condition and if found erring see the pediatrician, take care and have nice day.
