What Is The Cause For Rash?

my 2 year old son has a rash that comes and goes on his arms legs bottom face and back , it usually appears about lunch time and gets progressively worse throughout the day however when he wakes up the next day it is gone and reappears at lunchtime again , please can you help.

It looks like allergic rash.
Antihistaminic syrup like cetrzine will surely help.
Local application of calamine lotion will give some relief.
