What Is The Cause For Severe Headache With Concussion After A Fall?

My name is Laura, I am 27years old. I have epilepsy. I had a grand mal seizure on Friday, and went to the hospital where I was sent home later that day. I was told I have a concussion from the fall ( I fell right on my face on the hard-wood floor). Now I am experiencing severe head pain right now, and it wont go away. is this just from the concussion and it will go away? or is this a bad sign and should I go to the ER? I also feel nauseated.

Hello
It seems from the history that you had a fall following which you are having headache.
Headache if associated with any of the symptoms like loss of consciousness, vomiting, bleeding from ear or nose needs to be evaluated immediately.
Only headache may be because if associated muscular pains and may subside on taking analgesics.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
