What Is The Cause For Stomach Discomfort, Heartburn And Headache?
I have discomfort in my stomach, i feel heartburn , and headache on the back of my head. i think they're all related.
few days ago i ate salad with sour fruits.
i ate paracetamol tables but it didn’t relieve my headache. is my condition serious?

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the serious condition but it seems to be hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, some time if the headache is due to hyperacidity then once you take the medicine for hyperacidity then it may relieve the headache and no need to have the Acetaminophen hope this information helps.
