What Is The Cause For Stomach Pain Accompanied By Fever?

hi..
my daughter 2.5yrs old has been complaining of slight stomach pain on and off for last 3 days and since yesterday night she has shivering with high fever till the grade of 102.
please suggest the further course of action i just gave her a dose (4ml) of meftal

Hallo . Thank you for posting this question . Meftal is good to lower down fever . But high fever with shivering - I think you should go for routine test like CBC , CRP ,MP , Urine R & M to conferm diagnosis and to rule out Malaria , Urinary tract infection [UTI ] .
