What Is The Cause For Stomach Problems?

Hello,
Iv had 4 negative pregnancy tests but i feel as if there wrong
i have had alot of stomach problems in the last couple years.
I have beeen feeling something inside me move lately.
But keep getting negative pregnancy tests, my best friend
and her mom have felt it to! I dont really know what to do!

I really appreciate your concern, if you want to rule out the pregnancy for sure then get done the ultrasonography test because it is the only option you have that can clear the doubt for sure, but it seems to be anxiety and depression plays the role so first try to come out of this hope this information helps.
