My knee earlier today felt tight like a ruberband every time i bent it if I went all the way it would feel as if something snapped out of place so I had to keep it outstretched now it feels better though what possibally could have happened I wasn t runing ou any physical activity I was leaning it under a sidways iron pole
As per your history there is possibility of soft tissue injury in knee. Most commonly meniscus injury occurs.
As per your symptoms you need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion . If pain persist then you may need to do MRI again to see for any functional defect.
Small meniscus tear can be managed conservatively with physiotherapy with USG andTENS. Meniscus injury can be managed by arthroscopic repair,and same day you can go home.
