What Is The Cause For Vomiting, Headaches And Toothaches?

My 8 year old son has been complaint of a persistant headache for 4 days. Tylenol seems to alleviate the pain, but now he just vomited a large amount and is running a fever. Also, he's been complaing of a toothache, which I suppose may or may not be related.

Hi...fever could be a cause of headache. But associated vomiting is worrying. I suggest you go to emergency as he needs to be checked if he has high blood pressure or low heart rate...which suggests that he needs further workup an hospitalization. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply...kindly rate it.
