What Is The Cause Of A Boil?

Hi , Every now and then , i get a sort of boil on my inner sides of the bum. They start small and become big with some puss in it. Then after couple of days they break open and the wound heals. Why do i get this every now and then. They appear around on both sides. Not in the same place.
