What Is The Cause Of A Bump Near The Mouth?

i have a 10 month old who just developed a bump on his lower corner of his mputh and now has one on the top corner in the same spot. it s very round, has pus & looks like its has a small head to it. any ideas & should i take him in tonite to be checked??
