What Is The Cause Of A Heavy Bleeding?

my stomach has been hurting for a few months now. i always feel bloated and when my 3 yr old lays on me the pain gets worse. i cant really keep food down and am nauseated every single day. im waiting to see a dr now. ive had some serious health concerns recently and all the problems seemed to happen at once. two nodules on my right lung, inflamed lymph nodes in my lungs, and severe pain in my right lung everyday since may shortness of breath all the time (lung specialist said he thinks it may be asthma but isnt quite sure he said my lu hs function at 75% and get worse with an inhaler so he gave me an inhaler and sent me home ) ddimer levels are elevated and a pe was already ruled out. during a CT scan they found a nodule on my thyroid. recently ive been having two periods a month with extremely heavy bleeding and cramps tht have me down for days at a time. could all this be linked in some way? ive been prettt healthy all my life. oh and ive lost 45 lbs since may without trying.
