What Is The Cause Of A Missed Period?

Hello I just want to know, last month march I took the detol test, because I was getting a lot of simptoms, so the test came back positive, then I took clear blue and the test came back negative, so this month I have not started a period and the detol test stil shows positive, what should I think or do?
