What Is The Cause Of Blurred Vision And Headache?

Hello Dr I am 27 year old man that has extreme fatigue weakness some blured vision on and off headaces on and off. I stay thristy alot Ive had som test ran and so far only thing that came back out of range was low testorone which was 243 also today I have had alot of sensitivity in my right nipple.
