What Is The Cause Of Bruising?

I am constantly getting bruises on the top of my feet, but I don t know why. Today I woke with nothing and later in the day I noticed both my feet have bruising. The right foot has a bruise the size of a silver dollar and the left is the size of a dime. It s happens often. Why?

Hi,

It could be due to low platelet count, unnoticed trauma, blood thinning medicines or coagulopathy. I would recommend you to get your complete blood count and coagulation profile tested to rule out internal causes of bruises.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
