What Is The Cause Of Cough, Wheezing And Fever?

hi my son has croup and i took him to the doc but i keep feeling like theres something more i should be doing for him. he is 2.5 and has barky cough, wheezing, will not eat, and on and off fever. what should i do? (the doc prescribed steroid, and hes taking zyrtec and using a cold air humidifier)

Barking cough is a symptom of CROUP. It mainly due to some virus. so you may give symptomatic treatment like analgesic,antipyretic,anti-histamin,steroid.humidifier air,sometimes broncodilator.
