What Is The Cause Of Day Long Dizziness?

I woke up this morning, and as soon as I lifted my head I felt a great dizziness, had to wait a while, through the day the dizziness was still there but not so bad, this afternoon I wanted to lie down and read and as soon as I went to lie doen it felt as if the room was tipping over, age 51

dizziness is just a symptom not a disease and a symptom common to many different causes. most of the causes come from blood pressure or inner ear problems but only your doctor can tell by examination whether you need further tests or
medications
