What Is The Cause Of Delayed Periods With Stomach Ache, Headache, Nausea In One With Regular Cycle ?

hello doctor,i am 18 yr old and had regular periods from past 6 years but my periods delayed for 12 days now,i dont have any history of sexual intercourse ,but having stomach ache, headache , nausea feeling,took three urine test but negative,ultrascan didnt show anything in uterus ..please reply why this happening,i m worried.any reply will be appreciated.thank you.

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it is commen in this age due to stabilisation of harmones , lack blood , anxiety e.c.t, for improving blood picture you take plenty of green leefy vegetables. egg, and fruits. you can use iron and protein preparations with the advise of a doctor. don't worry. thank you.
