I fell and hit my head a couple of weeks ago. Haven't had any problems til yesterday. Started getting weird feelings that spread over entire chest and body. At first it was just one but today, happening more often. No nausea or dizziness, just weird

I think if I were in your position I would look to find a neurologist to get an appointment as soon as possible for a checkup. Since there is no nausea or vomiting or decreasing alertness or loss of consciousness then, I feel comfortable that nothing of an urgent nature is happening within the brain, however, with the symptoms you have it may be nothing but still, a neurologist should listen to your story first hand and have a chance to examine you indepth.
