What Is The Cause Of Felling Uneasiness After Meals In Diabetic Patient ?

Hi doctor how are you
I am 32 year old . I am suffering
From diabetic, & high blood pressure
I take medicine regularly.
I feel uneasiness after dinner every day.
When i chek my bp & sugar allways
Its ok, but i feel uneasiness after dinner
Every day .
Pls suggest me whats a matter

Since you are feeling this discomfort on eating, it is possible that it is related to gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD) or food intolerance to a particular food.

Reflux would normally be associated with a burning discomfort, bloating, nausea, acid taste in the mouth. It would be treated by modifying your diet by reducing fatty/fried/acidic or spicy foods. In addition the food portions would have to be reduced.
