What Is The Cause Of Fever With Bad Cough And Running Nose?

My son is 16months he has a fever of 103.4 and has a bad cough runny nose and is having trouble sleeping. I've been giving tylonal, ibphrophin and benigril. I've made him peppermint tea and juice. He wont sleep I can't get him to dr til morning or noon.. what could this be?

Hi,
It seems that your child is having acute lower respiratory tract infection and might require antibiotic medicine course for 5-7 days.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Meanwhile give him Ibuprofen or Tylenol for fever.
Ok and take care.
