What Is The Cause Of Frequent Watery Bowel Movements?

I have been having frequent, watery bowel movements the past two days, perhaps from something I ate but I don't know. I also observed numerous rice-like looking particles in the stool. I consumed rice the past two days as well, so I didn't know if it is just the rice or something else that I should be more concerned about. Should I see a doctor about this ?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Take over the counter option like Imodium drug
-Take probiotic supplements
-Drink liquids
-Eat fiber rich diet
